Location

Hanoi
Hanoi counts as one of the most enchanting cities in Asia. Located along wooden boulevards between dozens of tree-fringed lakes and ancient pagodas, it will charm and dazzle you. It’s architecture reminds of all those who conquered this great valley, from the Chinese to the French. The Old Quarter with its centuries-old commercial chaos still exist – a treasure trove for shopping where hawkers in conical hats still offer their wares next to fancy boutiques and quaint eateries cooking up a delicious local breakfast and French coffee.

Halong Bay
A visit to the north is not complete without experiencing the spectacular views of more than 2,000 limestone karsts in Ha Long Bay. Declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, Ha Long Bay is a naturalist’s and photographer’s dream. Sculpted into spectacular seascape of limestone pillars, the karsts hide deserted beaches, magnificent caves and hidden lagoons.

Cuisine

Vietnam is famous for its lively, fresh flavours and artfully composed meals and cuisine.

Taste and learn dishes such as bun Bo Hue (beef and vermicelli noodle soup), Banh Xeo (savoury crispy pancake), Pomelo Salad with Shrimp, Green Mango Salad, Fresh Spring Rolls with Mint, Fish in banana leaf, Coconut curries, Stir fry lemongrass Squid…
