Ingredients

  • 2 cl Elderflower syrup  (preferably homemade)
  • 1/2 Fresh Lime
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Prosecco
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  • Pour elderflowers syrup in a wine glass, add fresh lime, mint leaves, ice cubes.
  • Top up with your favourite Prosecco
  • Give a quick stir and enjoy!
