We journey from the vibrant city of Tangier to the charming sea-side town of Larache, where fresh seafood and local specialties await. Next, we’ll explore the bustling energy of Casablanca, Morocco’s cosmopolitan heart and white city, savouring its fusion of traditional and modern flavours.
In Oualidia, a hidden gem renowned for its oysters and tranquil beauty, we’ll indulge in some of the freshest seafood fresh of the boat, and cook delicious tagines with organic ingredients freshly picked from the garden. Finally, we’ll reach Essaouira, a windswept coastal town where the aromas of grilled fish mingle with the sea breeze, and our chef takes you on a food tasting tour through the ancient medina.
